Job summary

Roche Warszawa seeks a Global Deployment Lead to drive the successful deployment of a project component across multiple international locations.

You will collaborate with the Deployment Workstream Lead and local deployment leads to ensure consistent execution, lead with a strong change-agent mindset, and manage risks, timelines, and budgets while advancing adoption of deployment strategies.

Qualifications

  • Academic degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in global project management and deployment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

The Position

ASAsphere is a set of tools, dashboards, insights and automations designed to enable the service organization to optimize instrument performance and enhance service delivery

As the Global Deployment Lead, you are responsible for the successful deployment of one part of the project across multiple international locations.

This role requires close collaboration and strong partnership with the Deployment Workstream Lead and with local deployment leads to ensure consistent and effective execution.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and influencing skills, extensive project management experience and a deep understanding of global deployment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder engagement, collaboration and coordination:
  • Partnering with local deployment leads to ensure alignment and consistency in deployment strategies
  • Establish and maintain strong communication channels between global and local teams
Deployment Management:
  • Develop and implement detailed deployment plans, timelines, and budgets for global deployments. Make sure these plans are integrated into the main project
  • Monitor deployment progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion (definition of done, definition of success, time, budget)
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the deployment process
Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and drive comprehensive deployment strategies that address the unique needs of each region, with a strong focus on adoption as well
  • Ensure deployment plans align with overall company objectives and goals.
Training and Support:
  • Guide and support local deployment leads, ensuring they have the resources and knowledge needed for successful project execution
  • Develop training programs for local teams as needed
Reporting and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of deployment processes, progress, and outcomes
Strong Change Agent Mindset
  • Own and drive organizational change, especially when local teams have already adopted suboptimal workarounds
  • Navigate resistance and turn "semi-on board" leaders into active supporters
  • Challenge the status quo while respecting existing structures
Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in deployment activities
  • Encourage a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the deployment teams
Qualifications:

Desirable Skills and Attributes:
  • Experience in deployment or rollout management in a matrix organization
  • Experience in change management principles and practices to drive behavioral change and influencing skeptical or semi-committed stakeholders
  • Ability to adapt to cultural differences and work effectively with diverse teams
  • Understanding about service processes
  • Technical understanding of IVD instruments/ service analytics
  • Service Process Fluency (deep understanding of service operations, ideally in a medtech/IVD context, can identify how digital tools tie into field service workflows, technician routines, and performance KPIs
  • Able to speak the language of regional service leaders, gaining credibility quickly
What you get:
  • Salary range 12,350 - 22,900 PLN monthly gross based on the employment contract
  • Fix term contract ( 24 months)
