Roche is seeking a Digital Solution Lead – RDT Biometrics and Clinical Evidence to drive autonomous initiatives and strategic roadmaps across AI/ML domains. Based in Warsaw, you will collaborate with global teams to shape enterprise analytics and data-driven healthcare solutions.

You will lead complex analyses, manage stakeholders, ensure ethical data practices, and translate business needs into scalable technical delivery, leveraging Agentic AI concepts and regulated environments.

The Principal AI Business Analyst possesses in-depth knowledge of the business domain, cutting-edge AI/ML technologies, and organizational strategy to provide holistic, enterprise-wide consulting advice. In this role, you will apply systems thinking to navigate the complexity of interconnected systems and AI workflows, overseeing initiatives with full autonomy and leading analysis efforts across highly ambiguous spaces. Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership, you will actively shape long-term roadmaps, drive consensus through persuasive communication, and recommend optimal Agentic AI and other technology solutions for sustainable business transformation.

The Opportunity

• Autonomous Initiative Leadership: Oversees high-scale initiatives and solution streams with full autonomy, navigating complex frameworks and defining analysis efforts across highly ambiguous spaces.
• Strategic Advisory & Roadmap Ownership: Acts as a trusted advisor to leadership, utilizing advanced value analysis and risk assessments to evaluate strategic options and actively shape long-term product roadmaps.
• Advanced Problem Solving: Drives comprehensive root-cause analysis of complex business problems across organizational boundaries, proactively managing scope creep and varying change scopes.
• Stakeholder & Conflict Management: Identifies and engages key stakeholders and senior management across boundaries, actively navigating conflicts to build alignment and empowering teams in stakeholder management.
• AI Strategy & Tech Integration: Leverages in-depth knowledge of AI/ML/GenAI and Agentic AI technologies to inform business strategies and proactively integrate analysis into broader solution designs.
• Data Readiness & Ethical Compliance: Focuses on defining and validating rigorous requirements for AI-ready data, ethical AI solutions, and model deployment into highly regulated environments.
• Systems Thinking & Product Delivery: Manages evolving requirements at a product or product line level using a holistic viewpoint to analyze micro and macro implications across related domains.

Who You Are

• Experience & Advisory Expertise: Extensive experience managing complex initiatives with full autonomy across ambiguous spaces, backed by advanced knowledge of Business Analysis Consultancy concepts (Required).
• AI & Technical Mastery: Proven track record in defining, validating, and deploying large-scale AI/Machine Learning models, Agentic AI workflows, and downstream AI-ready data strategies (Required).
• Problem Solving & Innovation: Exceptional ability to solve unusually complex problems with highly innovative technology solutions by creatively tailoring and combining standard methodologies (Required).
• Stakeholder & Collaboration Skills: Strong stakeholder management capabilities with a proven track record of modelling exceptional teamwork and driving alignment across cross‑functional business and tech structures (Required).
• Leadership & Mentorship: A dedicated contributor to organisational development who thrives on showing leadership within a Community of Practice and mentoring senior practitioners (Preferred).

Salary range 19.000 - 35.400 PLN gross based on the employment contract

Compensation & Benefits

• The expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of Warsaw: 228,900.00 PLN - 425,100.00 PLN.
• Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, including your skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
• In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus with a target of 20% subject to both individual and company performance.
• This position also offers an attractive benefits package.
