JP Morgan Chase in Warsaw seeks a Team Lead to head the Deal Services Billing function. You will own the regional billing operating model and lead end-to-end invoicing and receivables across M&A, ECM, and DCM transactions, partnering with deal teams and clients to ensure a consistent client experience.

The role requires senior leadership in a matrixed environment, governance discipline, and a track record delivering through KPIs.

Competenze

Proven leadership in a matrixed environment.
Strong understanding of the investment banking transaction lifecycle (M&A/ECM/DCM).
Controls/governance mindset with experience running an execution-focused function.
Track record managing KPIs/SLAs and improving quality, timeliness, and throughput.
Strong communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills; comfortable with senior escalations.

Mansioni

Own banker coverage for billing: senior point of contact for deal teams, set billing priorities and timing.
Run the pipeline and deliver outcomes: oversee regional pipeline, drive timely invoicing, surface risks.
Lead cross-functional execution: coordinate with Legal, Tax, Operations, and other teams to fix blockers.
Drive improvement: identify pain points and implement process and operating model enhancements.
Ensure compliant billing setup: oversee documentation and payment instruction validation for checks.
