Job summary

DATA4 is seeking a Data Center Operations Engineer to oversee safe, reliable, and efficient operation of critical data center infrastructure. You will act as a key interface between internal teams, customers, and service providers to ensure service continuity and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include managing maintenance, incidents, changes, and coordinating with vendors, with a focus on safety, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Experience in maintenance, incident management, or technical operations roles.
• Data center or critical facility experience is a plus.
• Degree in electrical, mechanical, or related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous operation of critical infrastructure (electrical, mechanical, cooling, fire protection, low current systems).
• Monitor infrastructure performance using BMS and monitoring tools.
• Own the incident management lifecycle: detection, assessment, escalation, resolution, and closure.
• Plan, review, and supervise maintenance schedules and interventions.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers on-site.
• Produce and review operational and monthly reports.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation and records.
• Ensure safety procedures and compliance across operations.
