Job summary

TP in Krakow is seeking a Privacy Specialist to enforce policies for our clients' products by analyzing European privacy requests and reviewing and processing them.

You will handle requests across workflows, coordinating with policy specialists, and maintain high quality while meeting weekly productivity. This on-site role requires fluent German and English, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to learn new tools in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in written and spoken German and English is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and impeccable judgment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
• Willingness to learn new tools and workflows, including translation tools.

Responsibilities

• Review and process incoming privacy requests through online tools and evaluate validity.
• Continually education yourself about policy changes with Training and Quality Departments.
• Collaborate with clients' policy specialists to address cases using the client framework.
• Maintain high quality across each reviewed case and meet weekly productivity targets.
• Support multiple workflows/markets as needed, including English market.
