Job summary

Mysushishop is seeking a Data Privacy & Governance Expert to support the day-to-day operation of our privacy governance framework across international markets. The role focuses on privacy compliance, governance processes, awareness activities, risk assessments, and collaboration with business stakeholders to ensure responsible data management practices across the organization.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in data privacy, compliance, governance, risk management, audit, legal, or related field.
University degree in a related discipline (Law/Business/Info Management).
Good understanding of GDPR and security principles.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Very good command of English.
High level of integrity and accountability.

Responsibilities

Maintain privacy governance processes and documentation.
Participate in privacy risk assessments, incident follow-up activities, and vendor reviews.
Coordinate awareness and training initiatives promoting responsible data handling practices.
Monitor privacy and governance metrics and support reporting activities.
Collaborate with stakeholders across functions and markets to ensure compliance.
Contribute to continuous improvement of privacy practices.
