Job summary

ABB is seeking a Senior Analytics Leader to drive delivery and sustainment of analytics services across the Automation Business, reporting to the Global Automation Analytics Service Owner. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage vendor partnerships, and shape organization-wide analytics processes and risk management.

A strong background in data platforms, governance, and performance management is essential.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in analytics, data, IT services or BI teams in a global environment.
• Strong understanding of analytics platforms, data management, reporting solutions, and service operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across business and technology functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead/guide a function/organization in development and execution within Automation Business Data & Analytics Services.
• Deliver solutions and enhancements with technology roadmaps aligned to business plans.
• Define metrics to measure effectiveness of technologies and improve customer experiences.
• Establish analytics capabilities to enable data-driven decision making across divisions.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
