Job summary

TechTree is recruiting for a Cybersecurity Risk Manager to join a major EU agency's security programme in Warsaw, on-site only. You will own the risk-management lifecycle end to end, from asset inventory to executive reporting, in a highly secure environment requiring CONFIDENTIEL UE/EU CONFIDENTIAL clearance.

The role emphasizes leading risk management, threat assessment, control design, and presenting risk-informed recommendations to executives and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in IT, 6+ years in risk management.
• Master's degree or higher, English C1.
• At least 4 of: CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP, CGRC, CSSLP, CCSP, ISO 27001/27005 certifications, or equivalents.
• Experience with Business Impact Assessments, Zero Trust Architecture, and Secure SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the cybersecurity risk-management strategy.
• Identify, assess, and treat cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities.
• Monitor control effectiveness and report on risk levels.
• Present risk-informed recommendations to executives and stakeholders.
