Job summary

HARMAN in Łódź is seeking a Digital Compliance and Privacy leader to drive regulatory compliance across the global org. You will oversee audits, respond to privacy requests, and ensure protection of datasets containing PII in a hybrid work setting.

The role reports to the Director Digital Security Engineering and leads a team of 6 FTEs, requiring strong English communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of cyber security or compliance experience in a global footprint.
• Audit background around TISAX or ISO 27001.
• Solid experience with data privacy regulations and frameworks (GDPR, CCPA).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong prioritization and time-management in high-pressure settings.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Digital Compliance and Privacy activities across the company.
• Manage ISO 27001 and TISAX audits and external requests.
• Handle security and privacy requests and data subject access globally.
• Audit Harman environments to ensure regulatory compliance and data protection.
• Maintain IT controls to continuously achieve compliance.
• Manage and maintain security policies and procedures.
