Job summary

HARMAN is seeking a Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Manager to lead enterprise DLP strategy and governance, leveraging Microsoft Purview to protect sensitive data while enabling business productivity. You will partner with Legal, Privacy, Compliance, HR, and IT to mature policies and controls across the organization.

The role requires 5+ years in cybersecurity or data protection, deep DLP knowledge, and strong leadership. Hybrid Poland-based office with substantial impact and visibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, data protection, information governance, compliance tech, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of data protection principles and cybersecurity controls.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives across technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise DLP strategy, roadmap, and governance aligned with cybersecurity goals.
• Design and implement DLP policies and monitoring across endpoints, email, and collaboration platforms.
• Develop data classification, sensitivity labeling, and information protection standards.
• Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Compliance, HR, and business units to meet regulatory requirements.
• Lead incident response and risk-based remediation for data protection events.
