Maersk is opening a new Global Service Centre in Warsaw and is seeking a Customs Operations Specialist. This role offers exposure to end-to-end customs processes, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and opportunities to shape the role within an Agile environment.

You will coordinate customs services, manage high-volume transactions in Polish and English, and work with global colleagues to ensure compliant, efficient clearance for international shipments.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or a customs-related role.
• Knowledge of EU or global customs regulations.
• Experience using clearance or logistics software and electronic systems.
• Certification in customs compliance or brokerage is a plus (not mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize a range of customs services operations.
• Communicate effectively in Polish and English.
• Collaborate with internal logistics and supply chain teams to optimize customs processes.
• Handle post-clearance audits and compliance reporting.
