Job summary

Viseven Group is seeking a Customer Transformation & Enablement Lead to drive adoption of our products in pharma and life sciences. You’ll partner with customers, align stakeholders, and design effective enablement programs that deliver measurable business value and long-term engagement.

The role requires leading change initiatives, strong learning design skills, and fluency in English. Engagement spans global clients with hybrid/remote delivery options.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years leading end-to-end change management or customer enablement programs.
• Pharma/Life sciences experience preferred.
• Experience designing learning and change strategies that drive adoption.
• Familiar with SaaS onboarding and omnichannel strategies.
• Proven ability to communicate with C-suite sponsors and non-technical users.
• Advanced/ fluent English; another language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft transformation roadmaps and map stakeholders.
• Develop integrated change-and-enablement plans with objectives and timelines.
• Engage stakeholders with sponsor briefings and communications plan.
• Design and deliver customer-centric learning experiences.
• Coordinate post-go-live reinforcement with success, product, and tech teams.
• Track KPIs and report outcomes to client sponsors.
• Sustain momentum by sharing success and best practices.
