Hempel Paints Kuwait Company W.L.L. is seeking an experienced Customer Care professional to drive order lifecycle excellence and contribute to continuous improvements in a global, diverse environment.

You will handle complex inquiries, coordinate cross-border orders, and support digital transformation initiatives while mentoring colleagues and upholding quality and compliance standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience with strong customer focus and problem-solving.
• Experience with SOPs, process-driven environments, and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (D365) and MS Office applications.
• Ability to manage operational complexity with data and digital tools.
• Team-oriented with mentoring and knowledge-sharing mindset.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Manage complex customer inquiries related to orders, delivery, returns, and product information.
• Act as the primary contact for escalated cases and resolve complaints promptly.
• Coordinate cross-border sales and return orders, prioritizing and allocating supply.
• Share expertise, deliver training, and promote best practices across processes and tools.
• Drive local, regional, and global projects including automation and digital solutions.
• Identify and implement process improvements with proper documentation.
• Ensure compliance with policies, financial controls, and quality standards.
