Job summary

Saily is seeking a seasoned creative copywriter to join its global team and shape the brand voice across campaigns. You will craft compelling copy for posters, banners, social content, and video scripts, translating complex tech topics into engaging messages.

The role demands English fluency, strong portfolio, and collaboration with designers to deliver end-to-end campaigns. You will work remotely with international teams, receive training and mentorship, and grow with a fast-paced marketing

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in creative copywriting, creative strategy, and/or advertising.
• Strong portfolio of past advertising campaign work.
• Proven experience working with creative marketing campaigns.
• Experience in video scriptwriting.
• Fluent-Native-level English.
• Familiarity with Figma and a sharp eye for design.
• Strong creative thinking skills and ability to think conceptually.
• Ability to transform complex technical concepts into messages that inspire action.
• Ability to switch between writing styles and formats to meet the needs of different audiences.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop advertising concepts and stories that reflect and amplify the brand's voice.
• Write creative, clear, and compelling copy for a wide range of channels: posters, digital banners, social media, video scripts, campaign communication, etc.
• Write video scripts with natural, spoken phrasing and a strong sense of visualization.
• Take complex technical concepts and bring them to life with simplicity, emotion, and elegance.
• Ensure words align with visuals across multi-channel campaigns.
• Interpret briefs to understand project requirements and analyze target audiences.
• Research and gather additional information to quickly learn a new topic.
• See projects through the whole creative lifecycle, from inception to completion.
• Present creative ideas to stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Work on multiple projects at once, prioritizing your tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
• Work independently and as a part of the Creative Team team, including paired brainstorms with designers.
