Bayer is seeking a CORE Contract-to-Cash Pricing & Commercial Agreements Deployment Manager to drive global pricing templates from Gdańsk, Poland. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, run workshops, gather requirements, and ensure successful implementation across regions.

This role is embedded in a fast-changing, global program and requires steady communication with stakeholders. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Contract-to-Cash or SCM, deep SAP pricing knowledge, fluent English, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Contract-to-Cash or SCM with focus on Pricing and Rebates/Commissions.
• Deep understanding of SAP Pricing concepts and Rebates/Commissions.
• Fluent English; Spanish beneficial.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced SAP/S4HANA experience.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Proactive problem-solving and change-adapting mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and govern the CORE Pricing & Commercial Agreements global template across countries and divisions.
• Lead workshops for implementation of Pricing, Discounts and Rebates processes.
• Gather requirements, perform fit/gap analyses, collaborate with solution design teams.
• Own process documentation and ensure quality artifacts.
• Test new functionalities and coordinate FIT/Integration Testing and UAT.
• Coordinate with global/local stakeholders; support training and change management.
• Manage project cutover, data migration and hypercare.
