Job summary

Adecco is seeking a SAP Pricing & Order Management Consultant for Global Deployment & Transformation Program in Warsaw, hybrid arrangement with occasional travel to other European countries. You will lead transformation activities in pricing and order management, support S/4HANA deployment, and facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as SAP Pricing/Order Management/Functional consultant.
• Strong experience with Pricing, Order Booking, Quotation Management, and O2C.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Experience facilitating Fit-to-Standard (F2S) workshops.
• Strong understanding of transactional sales processes.
• Knowledge of testing, deployment, and cutover activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation activities within the Pricing & Order Management domain.
• Support SAP S/4HANA deployment and business readiness activities.
• Facilitate Fit-to-Standard (F2S) workshops with key business stakeholders.
• Gather and validate business requirements.
• Ensure alignment with SAP standard processes and template design.
• Coordinate closely with technical teams and project stakeholders.
• Support testing preparation, execution, and defect resolution.
• Drive cutover planning and deployment readiness activities.
• Support Go-Live and Hypercare phases.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and engagement.
• Promote process standardization and best practices.
