Bayer is seeking a Deployment Manager for CORE Contract-to-Cash Pricing & Commercial Agreements in Poland. The role drives global template deployment, workshops, and change management across divisions in a hybrid setup.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Contract-to-Cash/SCM, SAP/S4HANA expertise, fluency in English, strong communication, and willingness to travel. Hybrid work and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent, focus on Order-to-Cash or SCM.
• 5+ years in Contract-to-Cash or SCM, SAP experience.
• Profound understanding of SAP Pricing concepts and Rebate/Commission.
• Fluent in English; Spanish beneficial.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, can-do attitude and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced experience with SAP, preferably S/4HANA.
• Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Advanced MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and govern the CORE Pricing & Commercial Agreements global template across countries/divisions.
• Prepare and run workshops for CORE Pricing, Discounts, and Rebate/Commission processes.
• Gather requirements, perform fit/gap analyses, collaborate with solution design teams.
• Own process documentation.
• Coordinate Functional Integration and User Acceptance Testing.
• Coordinate with global/local stakeholders, incl. training and OCM.
• Manage data migration, cutover and hypercare.
