Job summary

Milestone One, a Site Enabling Services organization, seeks an HR/Compensation Specialist to coordinate contracts and payroll data across multiple countries. Based in Warsaw, you will ensure contract terms reflect agreed roles, scope and benefits, while maintaining an up-to-date documentation registry in line with MO1 standards.

You will support HR in payroll data consolidation, compliance with GDPR, and collaboration with Legal, Finance, and external payroll providers.

Qualifications

• University degree preferred (HR, Finance, Law, Economics, Business, or related fields).
• Experience coordinating payroll data across multiple countries.
• Experience with HR/contracts/B2B agreements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preparation of employment and contractor contracts.
• Ensure contracts reflect terms and comply with local requirements.
• Monitor contract lifecycle from draft to signature and amendments.
• Prepare payroll data for external providers across multiple countries.
• Maintain contract documentation and confidentiality (GDPR).
