MPP is a Polish company and a leading producer of personalized photo products for e-commerce. We seek a Content Marketing Specialist to join our international Marketing Team, focusing on creating engaging content, videos, and English-language communications.

You will manage social media, coordinate video assets, translate materials, and help shape messaging for markets including the UK and US. The role offers hybrid work from our office near Rzeszów and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native English proficiency (C2 level).
• Experience in content marketing, social media, copywriting, or digital marketing.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Creativity with strong attention to detail.
• Confidence in presenting on camera and creating video-based content.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, self-driven, and well-organized approach to work.
• Ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of projects.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging marketing content for social media, newsletters, landing pages, emails, and website.
• Produce and coordinate video content including promos, tutorials, and campaigns.
• Oversee English-language social channels: content creation, scheduling, and discussions.
• Translate marketing materials into English while preserving brand voice.
• Proofread and edit content for accuracy, consistency, and quality.
• Write compelling copy for different audiences and objectives.
• Research photography market trends in the UK and US to identify opportunities.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to improve communication.
