Job summary

DICK’S Sporting Goods is seeking a Compliance Analyst who reports to the Director of Global Compliance. You will assist with policy governance, regulatory research, training maintenance, and global program support to advance compliance initiatives across the enterprise.

This role involves cross-functional collaboration, risk identification, and the creation of actionable insights. Travel up to 10% and a focus on integrity and ethical business practices are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, law, HR, organizational leadership, liberal arts or social sciences.
• 1–3 years’ experience in corporate compliance, regulatory, retail, policy governance, project management, sports management or distribution.
• CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) - preferred but not required
• CCEP-I, CCEP, (Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional) or similar - preferred but not required
• PMP – preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate enterprise-wide policy and procedure governance with stakeholders.
• Track legislative and regulatory activity applicable to the company globally.
• Assist with management and operationalization of Corporate Compliance programs.
• Provide compliance advisory support to internal business partners.
• Foster a culture of compliance through risk identification and benchmarking.
• Coordinate compliance training updates and track completion.
• Support ad hoc projects for the Global Compliance Team.
• Travel 0–10% as required.
