Job summary
Amer Sports is seeking a Collaboration & Productivity Platforms Manager in Kraków to lead a global team and own the strategy, governance, and delivery of enterprise platforms including Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Atlassian. You will drive automation, AI adoption, and Digital Workplace transformation across a complex international organization.
You will manage eight professionals, partner with senior stakeholders, and ensure scalable, cost-effective platforms.
Qualifications
- 10+ years leading enterprise collaboration or Digital Workplace platforms in a global org.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and enterprise collaboration tech.
- Proven experience managing SaaS platforms across collaboration, work management, automation, and productivity domains.
- Experience establishing platform governance, lifecycle management, and service ownership models.
Responsibilities
- Own the global strategy and roadmap for Collaboration & Productivity Platforms.
- Define capabilities and align with Digital Workplace, EA, and business priorities.
- Lead platform standardization and consolidation across Business Units.
- Ensure reliable delivery with KPIs, ownership models, and standards.
- Oversee governance for access, workspaces, applications, and data.
- Drive automation, AI initiatives, and Digital Workplace Transformation.
- Partner with vendors, procurement, and finance on licensing and cost.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into priorities.

As our Collaboration & Productivity Platforms Manager, you will shape how thousands of people across Amer Sports work every day. This is a global leadership role with real scope — owning the strategy, governance, and service delivery of enterprise platforms including Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, Atlassian, and work management tools. You will lead a team of eight and a network of strategic partners, driving automation, AI adoption, and Digital Workplace transformation across a complex, international organization. - Own and evolve the global strategy and roadmap for Collaboration & Productivity Platforms, spanning collaboration, productivity, automation, AI, and work management
- Define target capabilities and align the platform direction with Digital Workplace, Enterprise Architecture, and business priorities
- Lead platform standardization, consolidation, and rationalization across Business Units
Service Delivery & Governance
- Ensure reliable, high-quality delivery of all Collaboration & Productivity services, with clear KPIs, ownership models, and operational standards
- Establish lifecycle and governance frameworks covering access, workspaces, applications, and data
- Oversee service risks, major escalations, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with Software Asset Management, Procurement, and Finance to optimize licensing, utilization, and cost
Automation, AI & Digital Workplace Transformation
- Define and drive automation and AI initiatives across the platform portfolio
- Enable enterprise adoption and governance of Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, and emerging productivity capabilities
- Champion self-service, workflow automation, and Digital Employee Experience initiatives that deliver measurable productivity gains
- Manage strategic technology vendors, implementation partners, and managed service providers, setting clear responsibilities and service expectations
- Monitor vendor performance, service quality, and contractual commitments
- Collaborate with Procurement and Software Asset Management on contracts, renewals, and commercial optimization
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Business Units and functional leaders to translate requirements into platform priorities
- Work closely with Cyber Security, Enterprise Architecture, IAM, Endpoint Solutions, Service Management, and other technology teams
- Represent the function in governance and transformation forums, communicating roadmaps, performance, risks, and investment priorities to senior stakeholders
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global team of eight across multiple technology domains
- Set clear objectives, KPIs, resource plans, and individual development paths
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
You will report to the Director Digital Workplace & Collaboration.
Experience & Technical Expertise
- 10+ years of experience, including significant leadership of enterprise collaboration, productivity, or Digital Workplace platforms in a complex global organization
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and enterprise collaboration technologies
- Proven experience managing SaaS platforms across collaboration, work management, automation, and productivity domains
- Experience establishing platform governance, lifecycle management, and service ownership models
- Strong background in managing technology vendors, managed service providers, and external delivery teams
- Solid grasp of platform modernization, application portfolio management, software licensing, and cost optimization
Skills & Personal Attributes
- Ability to develop and communicate platform portfolio strategy and roadmaps
- Grounded in IT service management, governance, and lifecycle management practices
- Confident in vendor, contract, and commercial management
- Experienced in leading large-scale technology programs and transformations
- Risk, security, and compliance awareness

Languages
- Fluent English — written and spoken
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
- Microsoft 365 or Power Platform certification
- Atlassian certification or relevant hands-on platform experience
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification
- Vendor/service management or IT governance certification
