Job summary

Takeda in Lodz, Poland seeks a Senior Manager for Collaboration & Productivity Platform Services to define and execute strategy, governance, delivery, and evolution of the platform portfolio. You will lead teams spanning engineering, operations, and service management to drive modernization and user productivity.

Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and related security frameworks is required.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading enterprise collaboration, productivity, and digital workplace platforms.
• Deep expertise across Microsoft 365, Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Entra ID, Power Platform.
• Strong understanding of platform governance, enterprise architecture, service management, cloud operations, and security frameworks.
• Proven experience managing large-scale transformation and adoption programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic vision, roadmap, and operating model for collaboration and productivity platforms.
• Lead multiple teams responsible for engineering, operations, service management, governance, and platform transformation.
• Establish portfolio priorities, investment plans, and delivery strategies aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Drive modernization initiatives across Microsoft 365, AI-enabled productivity, automation, and digital workplace services.
• Partner with leadership to shape platform strategy and governance to maximize business value.
