The British Council in Warsaw is seeking a Cluster Sales & Service Manager to lead customer service and sales operations across multiple centres and countries. You will drive commercial performance, operational excellence, and a consistently high-quality customer experience aligned with our mission and growth goals.

Reporting to regional leadership, you will manage a team of Customer Service and Sales Managers, coaching and developing staff, establishing cluster objectives, and delivering

Formación

• English speaking and writing at C1 level or higher.
• Experience managing team leaders across multiple countries.
• Proven ability to manage remote teams and ensure high performance.
• Track record of leading multi‑channel customer service operations with KPIs.
• Solid knowledge of safeguarding, data protection, and financial compliance.
• Experience in workforce planning and resource allocation.
• Ability to address escalated customer issues with service recovery.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee customer service and sales operations across centres and countries.
