Job summary

Billennium, a global technology company, seeks Head of Cloud to own Cloud Domain strategy, portfolio, and P&L with Azure at core. You will lead a distributed organization, drive profitability, and shape cloud capabilities to accelerate client success.

You will mentor senior leaders, oversee delivery governance, and partner with Sales and Architecture teams to advance transformative cloud programs across Azure, AI, security, and modernization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cloud technologies, IT delivery, technology consulting, or domain leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing P&L, revenue growth, margins, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, including architecture, governance, security, migration, and modernization.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex enterprise cloud programs with accountability for scope, quality, timeline, cost, and risk.
• Strong experience managing cloud project portfolios, delivery governance, and recovery initiatives.
• Experience growing technology capabilities through service development, talent strategy, and organizational scaling.
• Executive-level stakeholder management, customer engagement, and pre-sales leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead global and distributed teams while developing senior leaders.
• Strong understanding of cloud market trends, vendor ecosystems, and investment planning.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the global Cloud Domain strategy, operating model, portfolio roadmap, and P&L.
• Lead the Foundational and Projects streams, ensuring operational excellence and sustainable growth.
• Drive profitability through strong delivery governance, risk management, and margin optimization.
• Oversee financial and operational performance, including revenue, forecasting, utilization, and project health.
• Build and scale cloud capabilities through talent development, certifications, and emerging technologies.
• Partner with Sales, Growth, and Enterprise Solution Architecture teams to support pre-sales and business development.
• Develop innovative cloud offerings and reusable assets across Azure, AI, FinOps, security, migration, and modernization initiatives.
