Job summary

ICON Clinical Research, through ICON Strategic Solutions, seeks a Senior Global Project Manager to lead sponsor-dedicated global projects in oncology. You will drive day-to-day programme management, guide cross-functional teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely, quality outcomes across initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring extensive global PM experience in pharma/biotech, strong leadership, and proven ability to mentor teams while managing budgets and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field.
• Extensive experience in global project management with a track record in pharma/biotech.
• Oncology experience.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated leadership with mentoring teams.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Detail-oriented with multi-project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage global projects ensuring successful execution against objectives.
• Develop and execute project plans and achieve goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement project activities.
