AstraZeneca plc Warsaw is seeking a detail-oriented Cell Line Compliance Coordinator to support the Global Cell Bank. You will coordinate licensing, transfers, and renewals, working closely with US R&D teams and cross-functional partners to ensure compliance and timely records.

The role emphasizes process adherence, data integrity, and collaboration across Procurement, Legal, and Finance, with hybrid in-office and remote work three days on-site and two days remotely per week.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in science, business, or compliance.
• Ability to follow defined processes and escalate issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience maintaining records and using trackers.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate end-to-end cell line compliance activities for US R&D teams.
• Act as first contact for US scientists on licensing, contracting, and renewal.
• Maintain accurate compliance records in Limfinity and other systems.
• Plan renewals, usage reviews, POs, and payments.
• Support audit readiness and process improvements.
