Formación

• Excellent communication across all channels (verbal, written, email).
• Strong analytical and numerical capabilities with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other Office apps.
• Well organized, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 1–2 years post-graduate experience; strong potential for recent graduates.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, maintain and track global brokerage rate agreements.
• Administer brokerage rate contracts for BGC Group and affiliates worldwide.
• Analyze client brokerage requests for accuracy and commercial alignment.
• Perform strategic analysis to identify performance trends, opportunities and risks.
• Conduct market research and benchmark to inform rate strategy.
• Maintain awareness of Conduct Risk and regulatory/ethical standards.
