Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar investment banking/advisory role preferred.
• Finance/Accounting graduates with strong academic performance preferred.
• Genuine interest in corporate finance with focus on Poland and CEE region.
• Fluency in English and Polish essential.

Responsibilities

• Work with junior and senior bankers on marketing and client assignments.
• Prepare inputs for company profiles, presentations and marketing materials.
• Edit Excel-based models applying valuation techniques and corporate finance concepts.
• Support coordination of M&A, ECM and DCM transaction processes.
