Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Technical Project Leader to deploy standardized Building Management System (BMS) and Energy Management System (EMS) solutions across multiple countries. You will act as the technical authority for deployments, ensuring high-quality execution and adherence to global standards.

You will train country deployment teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and guide deployments from design to handover, supporting FAT/SAT and commissioning to deliver reliable, scalable

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Building Automation Systems, Building Management Systems or Energy Management Systems deployments.
• Fluent English and at least one additional European language.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain global technical deployment standards, including playbooks, standard applications, deployment guidelines, dashboards and templates.
• Train and onboard country deployment teams on EMS/BMS solutions and deployment processes.
