Job summary

Lyten, Inc. is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to provide expert technical support for our Battery Systems. You will be the primary link between customers and Lyten's product teams, handling HW/SW issues and ensuring successful deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or 2+ years relevant work experience in renewable energy.
• Experience providing technical support to customers and users.
• Experience with high voltage power electronics.
• Knowledge of control systems software and hardware.
• Excellent communication and customer-service mindset.
• English written and spoken skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• First line of technical support to customers for HW, SW, and troubleshooting.
• Provide application support based on use case and grid setups.
• Optimize customer usage of Lyten Battery Systems.
• Onboard new customers and share knowledge.
• Support FAT/SAT, on-site trainings and commissioning.
• Maintain knowledge base of use cases and troubleshooting methods.
• Escalate issues to Quality and Product teams as needed.
• Support Service Operations team to build product knowledge.
