  • Train customers on the operation and maintenance of Lyten products.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by the manager as business needs evolve.
Specific Skills
  • Experience in customer technical support.
  • Experience working with high‑voltage power electronics products.
  • Excellent communication, self‑presentation skills, and a strong customer service mindset.
  • Confidence, patience, politeness, tact, and diplomacy in challenging situations.

  • Valid electrical permissions (SEP E).
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Electrical and/or mechanical knowledge (documentation, drawings).
  • Knowledge of control systems software and hardware.
  • Strong understanding of battery systems (software and hardware).
  • Willingness to travel up to 50–70%.
  • Good command of English (B2).
Personal Success Factors
  • Highly organized and result‑driven.
  • A can‑do attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Passionate and purpose‑driven.
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines; excellent time management.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Comfortable operating in a high‑profile, fast‑paced international environment.
  • Flexibility, strong sense of quality, friendliness, motivation to take on new challenges, grit, and a sense of humor.
