SOFTSWISS is seeking a Senior PR Manager to strengthen our global PR and Communications team. You will own PR initiatives across products, markets, and strategic priorities, translating complex B2B and technical topics into compelling stories for international audiences.

You'll shape strategic communications to strengthen the brand, support growth, and build credibility across global markets. The role requires strong writing, media relations, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on

Qualifications

5+ years in Public Relations or Marketing Communications.
Experience in iGaming, B2B SaaS, fintech, crypto, or tech sectors.
Excellent written and spoken English (C1/C2) and Russian (B2).
Strong media relations and reputation management background.
Proven ability to analyze PR performance and act on insights.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute PR activities across products, markets, and priorities.
Create high-quality PR content: press releases, interviews, pitches, talking points.
Develop messaging tailored to B2B and technical audiences.
Build relationships with international journalists and media outlets.
Coordinate PR support for launches, announcements, events, and leadership visibility.
Partner with Brand Marketing, SEO, Digital Marketing, and Analytics teams for integrated comms.
Ensure consistent brand representation across media directories and platforms.
Monitor PR performance and provide actionable recommendations based on key metrics.
Identify risks and improve PR processes, reporting templates, and workflows.
