Job summary

SOFTSWISS is looking for a Senior PR Manager to strengthen our global PR and Communications team. You'll own PR initiatives across products, markets, and strategic business priorities, transforming complex B2B and technical topics into compelling stories that resonate with international audiences.

You’ll shape and deliver strategic communications that strengthen our global brand, support business growth, and build credibility across international B2B markets.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English (C1/C2).
• Strong knowledge of PR strategy, messaging, positioning, media relations, and reputation management.
• Proven experience building relationships with international media and developing targeted media outreach.
• Experience analysing PR performance and turning data into practical recommendations.
• 5+ years of experience in Public Relations or Marketing Communications.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute PR activities for assigned products, markets, campaigns, and strategic initiatives.
• Create high-quality PR content, including press releases, expert articles, interviews, media pitches, talking points, executive commentary, and opinion pieces.
• Develop messaging and media angles tailored to B2B and technical audiences.
• Build and maintain relationships with international journalists, editors, media outlets, partners, and event organisers.
• Coordinate PR support for product launches, market announcements, speaking opportunities, industry events, awards, and executive visibility initiatives.
• Partner with Brand Marketing, SEO, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Events, Business Development, Legal, and Analytics teams to deliver integrated communications.
• Ensure consistent and accurate brand representation across media directories, industry listings, and external platforms.
• Monitor PR performance and provide actionable recommendations based on Share of Voice, publication quality, sentiment, media relevance, and competitor visibility.
• Identify reputational, factual, regulatory, or messaging risks and elevate sensitive issues when appropriate.
• Improve PR processes, reporting, templates, workflows, and AI-assisted practices to increase team efficiency.

Purpose of the role:

You’ll shape and deliver strategic communications that strengthen our global brand, support business growth, and build credibility across international B2B markets.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan and execute PR activities for assigned products, markets, campaigns, and strategic initiatives.
• Create high-quality PR content, including press releases, expert articles, interviews, media pitches, talking points, executive commentary, and opinion pieces.
• Develop compelling messaging, narratives, and media angles tailored to B2B and technical audiences.
• Build and maintain relationships with international journalists, editors, media outlets, partners, and event organisers.
• Coordinate PR support for product launches, market announcements, speaking opportunities, industry events, awards, and executive visibility initiatives.
• Partner closely with Brand Marketing, SEO, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Events, Business Development, Legal, and Analytics teams to deliver integrated communications.
• Ensure consistent and accurate brand representation across media directories, industry listings, and external platforms.
• Monitor PR performance, analyse campaign results, and provide actionable recommendations based on Share of Voice, publication quality, sentiment, media relevance, competitor visibility, and other key metrics.
• Identify reputational, factual, regulatory, or messaging risks and elevate sensitive issues when appropriate.
• Improve PR processes, reporting, templates, workflows, and AI-assisted practices to increase team efficiency.

Required Experience:

• Excellent written and spoken English (C1/C2).
• Russian language skills at B2 level or higher.
• 5+ years of experience in Public Relations or Marketing Communications.
• Experience working in iGaming, B2B SaaS, fintech, crypto, or another complex, technology-driven industry.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills across a variety of PR formats.
• Strong knowledge of PR strategy, messaging, positioning, media relations, and reputation management.
• Proven experience building relationships with international media and developing targeted media outreach.
• Experience analysing PR performance and turning data into practical recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have:

• Currently based in Poland.
• Hands‑on experience with media monitoring platforms, Share of Voice analysis, quality scoring, and PR reporting dashboards.
• Experience working closely with SEO, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Brand Marketing, and Analytics teams.
• Experience supporting executive profiling, thought leadership, speaking engagements, and contributed content.
• Experience using AI tools to improve research, reporting, workflow automation, or content development while maintaining strong editorial standards.
