Job summary

Valeo is seeking a P1 Project Manager for our site in Czechowice-Dziedzice, Poland. You will lead complex automotive projects, drive governance, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure milestones and profitability while maintaining high quality and timely communication with customers.

This permanent, full-time role offers an opportunity to influence modern mobility solutions within a global technology company and develop expertise in design-to-cost and industrialization

Qualifications

Experience managing complex automotive projects (OEM/OES).
Strong leadership and stakeholder management.
Knowledge of Design to Cost and industrialization.

Responsibilities

Drive project governance, KPIs, profitability, quality, and milestones.
Lead project team resources, set objectives, evaluate performance.
Define and manage the project budget, prepare investment requests (CAA/IAR) and apply Design to Cost.
Resolve risks and issues through cross-functional support and escalation.
Communicate with local and central customer representatives and manage changes.
