JDE Peet’s is seeking a Global Master Data Expert (CoE) to lead data quality, governance, and improvement initiatives within the Finance data domain.

You will collect business requirements, partner with the MD manager, and drive solutions across the data management framework while ensuring alignment with business needs globally.

This role emphasizes leadership, training, and hands-on execution in a fast-paced coffee company environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience in master data or data management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven track record in master data process management in cross-functional environments.
• Good knowledge of Master Data and SAP.
• Ability to develop creative improvements for operations.

Responsibilities

• Collects business requirements and works with the master data manager to formulate solutions across all elements of our data management framework.
• Responsible for the data quality incl. data cleansing of the relevant data objects within the assigned Data Domain, lead and support master data related projects.
• Identify improvements and work with MDM Ops Team to ensure implementation.
• Project member in projects that touch the relevant data domain and overlooking the other domains.
• Make sure request forms, upload tools and reports are up to date with the business requirements on domain assigned.
