Job summary

You will drive technical leadership, root-cause analysis, and cross-functional program execution while developing budgets and staff to meet ambitious goals. Travel to customers, suppliers, and sites is required.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with 10+ years in automotive propulsion systems.
• Expertise in commercial vehicle turbocharger applications, matching, and product validation.
• Experience leading a global customer-facing engineering team.
• Proven skills in root-cause analysis and technical negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of Application Engineers on customer programs.
• Provide technical leadership in turbocharger matching and engine-air system optimization.
• Drive field investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Manage PDP execution, deliverables, milestones, and cross-functional relations.
• Develop budgets, resource planning, and team development.
