Job summary

Getinge is seeking an experienced Global Process Owner to lead and transform our Invoice to Pay (I2P) and Accounts Payable processes across a global organization. The role requires a strong accounting background, analytical thinking, and excellent communication to shape global finance processes.

You will own end-to-end AP processes, drive standardization and automation (RPA/AI), and collaborate with the I2P team to ensure accuracy, compliance and internal controls while guiding regional

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in Accounts Payable / Invoice to Pay or similar
• Solid accounting background with strong financial controls
• Experience with ERP systems and process automation

Responsibilities

• Shape and mature global I2P processes
• Own end-to-end Accounts Payable globally
• Drive standardization, automation (RPA/AI) and transformation
• Collaborate with I2P department to ensure accuracy, compliance and controls
• Use data and KPIs to identify improvements and drive performance
• Influence stakeholders across regions as a global design
• Define and own the global I2P roadmap aligned with business strategy
• Own global I2P standards, policies and governance
