Job summary

Wroclaw Aircraft Maintenance Services in Wroclaw is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support base maintenance operations for Boeing 737-800. You will liaise with Check Supervisors, prepare reports, and coordinate information flow across departments.

The role requires English at B2, proficiency in MS Office, and strong organizational skills. A rotating schedule of 6 days on/4 off with 12-hour shifts is expected; aviation industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• English proficiency at least B2 level.
• Availability for a rotating schedule: 6 days on, 4 days off, 12-hour shifts (07:00-19:00).
• Very good knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in administrative, coordination, or operational roles.
• Experience in aviation industry, MRO, CAMO, or technical environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Providing administrative support to Check Supervisors regarding maintenance documentation.
• Preparing pre-input reports, summaries, presentations, and daily check lists for base maintenance checks.
• Maintaining up-to-date check status, including open/overdue tasks, spare parts status, and workforce utilization.
• Coordinating information flow between departments and airport authorities.
• Supporting housekeeping standards, consumables, tooling and available manpower control.

Wroclaw Aircraft Maintenance Services is providing base maintenance of Boeing 737-800 aircraft for Ryanair, Europe biggest airline.Our highly trained and dedicated engineers are the driving force behind our industry leading safety record. Across out network, our skilled engineers conduct extensive checks on individual aircraft system, structures and components to ensure that all our aircraft continue to operate with the utmost efficiency and take our customers to their destinations on time.

An exciting new opportunity has arisen within the Wroclaw Aircraft Maintenance Services base. We are looking to hire a Operations Coordinator in our hangar in Wroclaw.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• providing administrative support to the Check Supervisors regarding maintenance documentation,
• preparing pre-inputs reports, summaries, presentations, and daily check lists related to base maintenance checks,
• maintaining up-to-date check status, including open and overdue tasks, spare parts status, and workforce utilization,
• coordinating information flow between various departments and airport authorities.

Requirements

• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level,
