Job summary

Jack Wolfskin, the international outdoor brand, seeks an Accounts Payable Accountant (f/m/d) to join the Finance Department in Gdynia. You will manage vendor invoices, perform three-way matching, and support month-end closing with a focus on accuracy and timely payments.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 2–4 years in AP or Finance, experience with SAP or Oracle, and fluent English. German or other European languages are a plus; the role offers hybrid work and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 2–4 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance.
• Experience in international or shared services environments preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Fluent English (German and additional European languages are a plus).

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate coding and posting.
• Perform three-way matching between invoices, purchase orders, and receipts.
• Manage vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and execute payment runs.
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records.
• Support month-end closing activities related to AP.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain relationships.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.
