Job summary

Jack Wolfskin is seeking an Accountant for its Polish entity to join the Finance team. You will post bank statements, process supplier invoices in SAP S/4HANA, and support month-end closing and accruals. Collaboration with internal stakeholders and audits will be part of this role.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in finance or accounting, at least 3 years of experience, strong Excel skills, and professional English (B2+). Hybrid work options and attractive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a comparable accounting role.
• Business English at B2 level or higher.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Good knowledge of Polish accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Post bank statements and process invoices per policy.
• Post supplier invoices in SAP S/4HANA and reconcile travel expenses.
• Reconcile corporate card transactions and prepare cash flow reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and support month-end closing and accruals.
• Maintain process documentation and assist audits.

For our Polish entity, we are looking for an Accountant (f/m/d) to join our Finance team as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

• Post bank statements.
• Process incoming invoices using the company's invoice workflow system in line with internal policies and procedures.
• Post supplier invoices in SAP S/4HANA.
• Process and reconcile business travel expenses.
• Reconcile corporate credit card transactions.
• Reconcile payment card receipts.
• Prepare sales and cash flow reports.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on finance and accounting processes.
• Support month-end closing activities.
• Prepare monthly accrual reports.
• Maintain and update process documentation and work instructions.
• Support internal and external audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a comparable accounting role.
• Business English skills at B2 level or higher.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office.
• Good knowledge of Polish accounting principles and tax regulations.
