• Hands-on experience supporting or leading financial audits.
• Solid experience in General Ledger accounting, ideally in an international company.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems.
• Fluent in Polish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Leading month-end close activities.
• Performing detailed P&L and balance sheet analysis.
• Preparing and reviewing account reconciliations.
• Collaborating with the Tax team on reconciliations and VAT reporting.
• Preparing financial statements and handling local audits.
