PulseRise Technologies is seeking a Global Account Executive to drive new-logo wins for a PE-backed B2B SaaS CAFM platform serving commercial real estate, logistics and retail portfolios across Europe.
Lead full-cycle enterprise deals, engage C-suite stakeholders, and build your own pipeline in a greenfield territory. The role supports a hybrid work model from Kraków, Warsaw, Berlin, Amsterdam, or London.
We're looking for a Global Account Executive to drive pure new-logo acquisition for a rapidly scaling, PE-backed B2B SaaS company that provides a unified CAFM platform for managing commercial real estate, logistics, and retail portfolios. The company is in a strong growth and buy-and-build stage, expanding aggressively across Europe, and this role exists to win large, multi-country property owners and facilities management organizations in a greenfield territory. You'll run full-cycle enterprise sales - from first conversation to signature - generating your own pipeline rather than relying on inbound. You'll sell directly to C-suite executives such as CFOs and COOs, building the commercial case to displace incumbent, legacy systems. This is a hunter role for someone who is highly commercial, comfortable navigating complex multi-country buying groups, and rigorous about applying structured qualification methodologies like MEDDICC.
Schedule: Full time
Location: Hybrid (Krakow, Poland / Warsaw, Poland / Berlin, Germany / Amsterdam, Netherlands / London, United Kingdom)
Start: ASAP
Duration: Long-term
English: Fluent
The company operates a unified CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) platform used to manage commercial real estate, logistics, and retail portfolios across multiple countries. It is PE-backed and currently in a strong growth and buy-and-build stage, actively expanding its footprint across Europe. The target customers are large, multi-country property owners and facilities management organizations whose operations are often still run on legacy or fragmented systems. This role opens a greenfield territory, meaning there is no existing book of business to inherit — the mandate is to build a new pipeline from scratch and close complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals. Buying decisions typically involve cross-border procurement processes and multiple stakeholders, including finance and operations leadership. The environment is fast-moving and commercially driven, with a strong emphasis on structured, data-led sales execution.
