Job summary

HRK S.A. in Warszawa is seeking an experienced accounting specialist to manage day-to-day accounting tasks, prepare entries and support month-end closing. The role interacts with controllers and international teams to ensure accurate reporting.

You will reconcile balance sheets, contribute to VAT and Intrastat filings, and prepare cost, revenue, and COGS analyses. The ideal candidate combines solid accounting knowledge with Excel expertise and comfort with ERP systems in a dynamic, international

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably within an international organization.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles.
• Experience in account reconciliations, financial reporting and month-end closing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and confidence working with large datasets.
• Familiarity with financial/ERP systems.
• Analytical, detail-oriented and well-organized.
• Ability to independently manage priorities and deadlines.
