Job summary

Atos is seeking a Test Manager fluent in German to lead test activities and coordinate across IT and business stakeholders. The role supports a fully remote work model with an emphasis on governance, planning, and continuous quality improvement.

You will mentor test teams, drive testing processes, and ensure timely delivery in collaboration with project managers. The position requires 5+ years in test management, ISTQB-based methods, and strong communication in German (C1) and English (B2).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in test management.
• Test planning & coordination across cycles, resources, environments.
• Test governance, defect management, reporting.
• Agile testing (Scrum, CI integration).
• Stakeholder coordination (IT + business).
• ISTQB-based testing methodologies.
• Test management tools & automation frameworks.
• Project management + ITIL.
• Experience in test team management.
• Effective communication in German (C1) and English (B2).

Responsibilities

• Define test processes and documentation with project partners.
• Identify test objects and plan test coverage.
• Lead test teams and manage testing across organizations.
• Review resource planning and align with Project Manager.
• Track test progress in JIRA and manage risks.
• Coordinate test environments and data generation.
• Balance defects by priority and impact.
• Communicate status with stakeholders and teams.
