Job summary

CNX is seeking a Quality Evaluator with German to monitor and evaluate customer interactions across calls, emails, and chats for quality and accuracy. You will provide feedback, participate in calibration sessions, and help drive improvements in the program.

The role requires 1+ year in a BPO or call center environment, fluent German and English (C1), and strong attention to detail. Location is Katowice, with a full-time contract and access to learning resources and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a similar role, ideally in BPO or call center environment
• Fluent in German and English, C1 level, both written and spoken
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office software

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate inbound/outbound calls and other interactions for quality and accuracy
• Share feedback and insights to improve program performance
• Support scoring consistency through calibration sessions with Quality, Operations and clients
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of processes, products and quality guidelines
• Drive continuous improvement through quality initiatives and training needs
