Job summary

GlobalLogic, a Hitachi Group Company, is seeking a Junior Project Support Specialist with German to join our Wrocław IT team. You will interact with German- and English-speaking clients, handle inquiries, and gain early-career experience in a supportive, dynamic environment.

This on-site role operates Monday–Friday, offering exposure to diverse projects and guidance from our Learning & Development team to help you grow as a professional in digital engineering.

Qualifications

• Must have German language proficiency at B2 or higher.
• English proficiency at least B2.
• Analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to comprehend project policy guidelines.
• Good hands and eye coordination for annotation.
• Attention to detail and client focus.
• Nice to have GIS system experience.

Responsibilities

• Providing support and resolving client’s inquiries
• Deliver high standard service based on project KPIs
• Maintaining absolute confidentiality of project and client data
• Working in the ticketing system
