Job summary

GlobalLogic in Wroclaw is seeking a Junior Project Support Specialist with German to join our IT team. You will provide frontline support to clients, assist with ticketing, and learn project policies while collaborating with colleagues.

You should have German at least B2 and English at least B2, an analytical mindset and team spirit. This role works Monday–Friday in the office, with opportunities to grow in a dynamic digital engineering company.

Qualifications

• German language knowledge (min. B2 level).
• English language knowledge (min. B2 level).
• Analytical thinking.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Ability to comprehend the project policy guidelines.
• Good hands and eye coordination for annotation.
• Attention to detail.
• Client focus.
• Nice to have : GIS system experience.

Responsibilities

• Providing support and resolving client’s inquiries.
• Deliver high standard service based on project KPIs.
• Maintaining absolute confidentiality of project and client data.
• Working in the ticketing system.
