Qualifications

• Mandatory knowledge of Dutch (min. B2).

• Attention to detail and strong client focus.
• Nice to have GIS system experience.

Responsibilities

• Providing support and resolving client’s inquiries.
• Deliver high standard service based on project KPIs.
• Maintaining absolute confidentiality of project and client data.
• Working in the ticketing system.
