Job summary

GlobalLogic in Wrocław is seeking a Junior Project Support Specialist to work onsite from Monday to Friday. You will engage with Swedish or Norwegian language inquiries and support clients while learning the nuances of IT project policies.

You'll collaborate with a team, handle tickets, and contribute to KPIs while maintaining data confidentiality. English at B2 and the local language at B2 are required; GIS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Mandatory knowledge of Swedish or Norwegian (min. B2 level).
• Knowledge of English (min. B2 level).
• Analytical thinking.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Ability to comprehend the project policy guidelines.
• Good hands and eye coordination for annotation.
