Job summary

GlobalLogic in Wrocław is looking for a Junior Project Support Specialist with Dutch to support clients and coordinate IT project tasks. You will use Dutch (min B2) and English (min B2), work in a team, and help ensure project guidelines are followed.

Responsibilities include providing support, resolving inquiries, maintaining confidentiality, and working within the ticketing system. This is an office-based role with a Monday–Friday schedule, offering growth in digital engineering projects.

Qualifications

• Dutch language knowledge at B2 level or higher.
• English knowledge at B2 level or higher.
• Analytical thinking and detail orientation.
• Ability to work in a team and understand project guidelines.
• Good coordination for annotation and client focus.

Responsibilities

• Providing support and resolving client inquiries.
• Deliver high standard service based on project KPIs.
